Employee of the Quarter
We are very pleased to announce Jenny Cooke as the recipient our Quarterly Quality Customer Service Award. We were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to make Jenny part of our office family in May of 2021. Jenny very quickly became a very valued part of our team and she has worked in both sides of our operations with great ease. Jenny’s enthusiasm makes her a natural with the public. There is very little doubt that Jenny has found a home in our Property Tax Division and has excelled there with her very self-initiated manner in which she takes anything to task. It is always a pleasure to watch Jenny engage with the public, as her positive attitude and helpful fashion is her best business card. Jenny, and an endless list of our staff, are very routinely complimented on their helpfulness. And those compliments are a very significant part of the criteria that determines who is worthy of this award (4) times a year. Jenny simply exemplifies what our entire office strives for everyday in providing cheerful and friendly service. Congratulations Jenny we are so very proud of you.
